rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">enshrined in law<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>Taking into account these elements, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/fr\/content\/lanses-en-quelques-mots\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Anses<\/a><\/strong> established, in 2018, a <strong>scientific definition<\/strong> of animal welfare, mentioning that the content of this definition It is therefore more accurate to talk about <strong>the welfare of animals<\/strong> rather than animal welfare! The welfare of a group of animals is therefore <strong>the result of the welfare of each individual.<\/strong> <\/li>\n<li>It states that welfare <strong>refers to an animal\u2019s positive physical but also mental state.<\/strong> Therefore, <strong>emotions<\/strong> felt by an animal are <strong>paramount<\/strong> in assessing its welfare. <\/li>\n<li>Finally, welfare varies according to <strong>the situation in which each animal finds itself<\/strong>, <strong>its<\/strong> <strong>perception<\/strong> and <strong>expectations<\/strong>\u2026 which differ from those of humans\u2026 so animal welfare must imperatively be evaluated <strong>from the animal\u2019s point of view.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
